Beginners courses

Have you ever thrown a frisbee at the beach? Or seen some people play it in a park? Many people don’t know yet that there is a game and it’s a fast-growing sport not only in the Netherlands but all over the world!
UTKA is an international friendly student team in Utrecht at Olympos, which, apart from playing together, has many official and unofficial socials. We would love to show you the insides of the sport Ultimate Frisbee. So join us and take your housemates, friends and family to our FREE beginners courses!





When?

from 19:00 until 21:00 on:

Mondays 06/03/2022, 13/03/2022 and 20/03/2022



What?

After teaching the basics of playing Ultimate Frisbee (throws and some rules) we will play friendly matches with everyone.


What to bring: sports clothes, t­-shirt (preferably one white and one dark if you have them), sneakers with grip/cleats and a water bottle.



Who?

Our coaches and all UTKA players will be there to teach any students who want to come along!
